What personal data does BlackCloak collect?
Under no circumstance does BlackCloak want to invade your privacy. We know that maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of personal, family, and work data is of the utmost importance. This includes name(s), physical home address(s), personal email(s), phone number(s), year of birth(s) and type(s) of devices being covered.
Can BlackCloak see web traffic?
No, we cannot see any websites or traffic. BlackCloak is not inline, not monitoring or seeing URLs or websites, and is not an intrusion detection system or intrusion prevention system. This means that if/when we detect a potential risk or threat, we may need to reach out to collect more information about what actions you were taking or possible sites visited in order to conduct our investigation.
