How you can get the most out of our Concierge Assistance.

What Is Concierge Assistance?

Our Concierge Assistance service provides all clients with on-demand support courtesy of our threat intelligence and security operations experts. We will provide email and phone-based customer support to answer your cybersecurity, privacy, and identity theft questions; provide advice and guidance on best practices; and troubleshoot issues with any BlackCloak software. Examples of assistance include phishing email review, SIM card review, router security review, and VPN recommendations, among many other topics.

When we say every question is worth answering, we mean it. Here are some examples of common questions from our busy clients:

General Support Hours of Operation

Clients can tap the Concierge Assistance service Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM ET to answer any question about your digital life. For our Principal clients, we extend the service to include weekends from 8AM to 6PM ET as well, giving peace of mind seven days a week. If your general inquiry reaches us outside of our normal support hours for your plan, you will hear back from us on the following business day.
