What to Know About Removing Photos from Zillow
The following guide is intended to help clients remove photos of their homes from the Zillow website. The process begins once the client logs into their Zillow account.
Claiming Ownership of Home
Before removing photos, clients must first claim ownership of their home. First, click on the profile button on the top-right corner of the screen and select “Your Home.”
Under the “More” drop down tab, select “Verify your ownership.” Answer the questions provided by Zillow and agree to their terms of service to complete the process.

Once the verification process is complete, go to the profile page for your property. On the page, click “More” and select “Add Photos.”
You will be sent to the page where you can view all previously uploaded photos. Click on the photo you wish to delete.
After selecting the image, click “remove photo.”
To ensure the photo is removed, click the “Save Changes” button seen in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
After saving the necessary changes, you will see a verification message informing you the process has been completed.
If you have recently sold your home, you can remove all photos by following the aforementioned process and selecting the following option.
What to do When You Can’t Edit Photos
In the event you cannot select or edit any of your photos, Zillow advises clients to submit a ticket with its Customer Care team. Clients can find the ticket link via the Zillow Help Center. On the form, clients should select “customer” from the drop down menu. From there, they can enter their email address, the title of their message and a description of the problem. Clients have the option of adding their property address and related images if needed.
