Finding Privacy & Security Settings

How to Update Your Password

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

Select the account you want to enable two-factor authentication

Choose the method to enable two-factor authentication. BlackCloak recommends using an authentication app

Download an authentication app and either scan the QR code or enter in the key. Once you do, click next

Here, you can see every device and location where you logged in. If you don't recognize a login, click on it. If you want to log out of that device, click Log out

Conduct Security Checkup

In the Accounts Center, click Password and security and click Security Checkup

On this page, you can change your password and enable two-factor authentication as well. You can also verify your email and phone number. First, click Email

Check to see that the email address attached to your account is correct. If it is, click Next

A six-digit code will be sent to your email address. After you receive it, enter it here and click Next

Now, let's verify a mobile number
