Mobile Onboarding Session Overview

BlackCloak’s onboarding is a guided session with our concierge team to help you get started with our cybersecurity and privacy services. The session is booked for 30 minutes to allow extra time for questions. During the onboarding, we’ll cover the following:

  • Introduction to the BlackCloak Team
  • Enroll Mobile Device(s) into the BlackCloak Software
  • Disclose Dark Web Results & Discuss Password Hygiene
  • Discussing Data Broker Removal Process
  • Confirm Home Details for Network Scanning
  • Reviewing VPN in App
  • Quick Review of the Other Plan Offerings
  • Schedule Follow Up Sessions

How to Schedule Your Onboarding Session

After enrolling, you'll receive a welcome email from BlackCloak with a link to schedule your onboarding session at your convenience. If you don’t see a suitable date or time, contact us at [email protected] , and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. In some cases, your executive assistant may schedule the session on your behalf.

What Do I Need To Do Prior To Attending My Onboarding Session?

BlackCloak’s goal is to make the onboarding process as seamless as possible, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. To ensure a smooth experience, we’ve outlined a few key steps for you to make the best use of your initial onboarding session:

  • Know your Apple ID Password
  • Make sure all devices are on the latest operating system
  • Have a strong/reliable internet connection
  • Bring and all devices you would like BlackCloak to protect
    • Mobile Phones (iPhone & Android)
    • Tablets (iPad & Android Tablets)

To save time and streamline your onboarding, we recommend downloading the BlackCloak app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in advance. You will need your Apple or Google credentials to complete the download. The app is called “BlackCloak” and should match the examples below.
