Identity Alert Guide

As part of our commitment to consistently optimize your privacy and cybersecurity protections, BlackCloak is providing real-time alerts on potential identity risks.

For BlackCloak members with ID Theft and Credit Monitoring Alerts enabled, you receive related mobile and in-app notifications.  

In-app enrollment can be conducted alongside a BlackCloak Concierge team-member, or independently. Ensuring your alerts are configured correctly is a key part of enabling this feature.

To ensure BlackCloak can send you notifications via your mobile:

On iPhone:

1. Navigate to Settings.

2. From Settings, scroll down to Apps.

3. Within Apps, scroll to BlackCloak. Select BlackCloak.

4. Select Notifications, and toggle Allow Notifications.

On Android:

1. Navigate to Settings.

2. Select Notifications, then select Apps.

3. Locate BlackCloak from within the list of apps, and toggle notifications to On.
