We’ve designed the Your Profile settings section in-app to give members control and visibility:
New Profile Dashboard: Quickly view your plan tier, concierge hours, and Managed Assets from one central hub. Members cannot edit their plan, but they can edit their Managed Assets (e.g. addresses)
Self-Service Updates: Manage email, phone, mailing address, and year of birth directly in-app.
Photo Controls: Easily upload, change, or remove your profile photo.
Protection Insights: Track your days protected, concierge usage, active support tickets, and family member status.
Security & Privacy: Manage 2FA, toggle Biometric Unlock (Face ID/Touch ID), and access legal policies or network info instantly.
